SPONSOR A CHILD

Through our Casa Blanca and Casa Grande projects, we aim to give 200 underprivileged children in Sucre, Venezuela, a better future. We achieve this by providing basic necessities, such as warm meals and a safe place to play, as well as introducing the children to music, books, nature documentaries, crafts, sewing, and other activities that help them develop.

However, there are many other areas where the children at our center can be helped. The extremely poor home environments in which the children live mean, for example, that some children don't even have a mattress to sleep on.

For a group of approximately 20 children over the age of 12, we offer a "life project". Through extracurricular activities, they receive additional guidance and support, enabling them to build a brighter future. We hope to expand this service in the future with additional subjects taught by teachers or consultations with psychologists.

Our ambassadors are closely involved with the Avila Foundation. They are committed to the Avila Foundation and raise awareness of the organization's goals. This can be achieved in various ways, such as visiting our projects on-site or leveraging their own interests or networks to raise awareness of the Avila Foundation, including organizing an event, giving a concert, or delivering lectures. With the Avila Foundation, we aim to create a better world by improving the living conditions of socially and economically disadvantaged children and local communities in developing countries. We also contribute to projects that focus on nature conservation and improving the living conditions of (protected) animal species, thereby creating a better balance between people and nature. The Avila Foundation focuses on small-scale projects related to people, the environment, and animal welfare (People, Planet & Wildlife).
