Over a decade ago, Venezuela entered an economic and political crisis that led to the breakdown of many of the country’s core structures, including welfare systems. This ongoing crisis has impacted the entire population, especially children.
Through our projects Casa Grande and Casa Blanca, we are assisting over 200 children who face this daily struggle. By providing them with one nutritious meal a day, we offer far more than just sustenance, we give them an opportunity.
When a child’s hunger is relieved, the door opens to so much more: a safe space to learn, to play, to imagine a future filled with hope.
Casa Grande and Casa Blanca are more than feeding centers; they are nurturing environments where children are empowered to grow emotionally, intellectually, and socially. For many, a single meal can be the difference between vulnerability to crime or exploitation, and the chance to access education and positive development. It gives them the strength to dream, to build resilience, and to break free from the cycle of poverty. Your support makes this transformation possible. Together, we help shift children’s lives from crisis toward hope, from survival toward a future where they can thrive.

Founders of Avila Foundation
At the Avila Foundation, we believe that meaningful actions, no matter how big or small, can leave a footprint that makes the world a better place. Since 2019, we have been advocating for causes close to our heart. We are committed to leaving a sustainable legacy that improves lives and protects our planet. That’s why our focus is on three essential areas: People, Planet and Wildlife.
We believe that children should have the chance to grow up healthy and hopeful, that the empowerment of women strengthens communities, and that when we see a need, we have the opportunity to respond. Through our main projects, Casa Blanca and Casa Grande, we provide daily nourishing meals to children in Venezuela who, due to the severe economic crisis, don’t have access to food on a daily basis. These houses are more than places where meals are shared; they are safe spaces built for children and teenagers to learn, play, and dream.
Through our Planet initiative, we focus on creating a greener, safer and more sustainable world. With population growth, climate change, and destructive land use threatening ecosystems worldwide, our vision is clear: to support conservation efforts in Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Europe, always in close cooperation with local partners. We support reforestation, conservation, and preservation projects that protect biodiversity and safeguard endangered species; helping to restore balance between people and nature.
Wildlife across the globe is under pressure from poaching, habitat loss, and human activity. We support projects that safeguard endangered species and improve their living conditions. Because by protecting animals, we also protect the balance of life itself.
Every number represents lives touched, meals shared, and communities strengthened. These milestones are not just statistics, they tell the story of hope, resilience, and the power of working together for lasting change.
